Bordering Images

If you've ever tried to border images in photoshop, it is no easy task. some of the pixels get cut off or when you draw a line, it does not show up at all. Here's how to border your images without breaking a sweat.

Here's my image. opened up nicely and I'd like to border it:

Note: the stroke command will stroke only the latest layer. if you have a multi-layered image, copy all your layers (ctrl + shift + c) and make a new image to stroke the entire thing.

Go to your layers window and click the little F in a circle to open up an effects menu:

Select Stroke from the menu and this will popup:

Select 1px in the structure box and Inside in the position drop down menu and choose any color of your choice. here's my final image:
